I'm member of the Media.Lab team at Pladema Research Institute. I am an interaction and assistive technologies specialist. I work in different projects to increase the quality of life of people with disabilities regarding to daily life, education and entertainment.
I will be presenting my project: IntelliHome, an ambient assisted living platform to assist people with disabilities in their houses, allowing them to be their own remote control to interact with electronic devices and lights using gestures and voice commands at CLIHC.
Also, I am a graduated teaching assistant in the course Natural User Interfaces and I am directing 5 degree thesis related to accessibility and assitive technologies.
